2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
• A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Free Returns & Immediate Compensation

In the following cases, Tidnew covers all costs (including shipping) and will compensate you immediately:

• The product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
• The wrong item was delivered (different from what was ordered).
• Note: Please contact us and provide a photo/video of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery.

4. “Change of Mind” Returns

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., you don’t like the color or changed your mind), we are happy to accept the return. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse.
