1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
We are proud to offer Free Shipping to all our customers. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- United States: 7 to 15 business days.
- Europe: 10 to 18 business days.
- Rest of the World: 15 to 25 business days. (Note: Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures or during peak seasons).
3. Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active, and you can use it to monitor your package’s progress within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Tidnew is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order upon entering your country. All additional fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damaged Products
In the event that you receive a product damaged during shipping, please contact our support team immediately at contact@tidnew.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged product to file a claim for compensation or replacement.
